Damaged Building in Federal Heights?

6/4/2020 (Permalink)

An office building is shown with new drywall and ready is for paint, one of the last steps in the restoration process after a No commercial restoration job is too big for us in Adams County.

Commercial Damage at 3 am

You get a call at 3:00 am on a Sunday telling you there has been an electrical fire in your office complex. By the time you arrive, the Federal Heights Fire Department has extinguished the flames and they are packing up and getting ready to leave the scene. Although the fire has been put out with damage to only two out of fourteen offices, there is smoke, soot, and water damage to contend with. The smell of smoke permeates the air, even in the offices untouched by the fire. Soot covers the walls and the carpets are dirty and soaking wet. Thankfully SERVPRO® of Broomfield/NW Adams County is on call 24 hours a day. After answering a few questions, they assembled a team to come out and immediately begin the cleanup and restoration process.

Building and Reconstruction Services

A huge weight was lifted off my chest when I found out they could not only secure the building and clean the fire damage, but they could also oversee the restoration process. This included electrical, drywall installation, painting, carpet replacement, and electronics and furniture restoration. They were also able to restore some damaged documents and get rid of the smoke odor.
