Initial and continuous training and certification is required for all SERVPRO employees in McKay Landing.

We follow the guidelines and industry standards set by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and study the best practices in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.

All of our employees have access to voluntary, web-based training on an ongoing basis. They can work to become certified after the successful completion of course materials and examination in:

• Water Restoration
• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
• Mold Mitigation

Continuing Education Classes

We also offer credit and noncredit courses that are open to insurance agents and adjusters, real estate professionals and franchise staff. Courses include topics such as water damage restorations, fire damage restoration, understanding mold in the restoration industry, restorative drying for loss control and mitigation awareness response.
