Broken Pipe in Local Arvada Home

This was the result of a frozen pipe that burst on the top floor and caused damage to this three-level home. The water fully saturated the carpet, hardwood floors, and walls throughout the home. In order to successfully mitigate the water, SERVPRO of Broomfield/Arvada removed the carpet, drywall, and insulation. Drying equipment was placed to facilitate drying out the structural components such as the framing. SERVPRO of Broomfield/Arvada worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the water and remove the affected materials. This prevented mold growth from occurring and helped get the homeowner and her family back home.
